Once i was very weak always i had feaver cold and it took me years to recover from it some one suggested me to go to a fitness club.
I went there and i realized why i was weak .By doing the exercises got strength.60 minute of doing exercise along with yoga, meditation made my body and mind funtion properly
After doing the exercise member of the fitness club gave a 5 minutes talk on fitness and important of water.Our body need 75%of water per day so that our heart mind work properly. Even thevfood we eat like fried chicken ,junk fòod increase the fats get the chance of getting cholestrial diseases, high blood pressure.obcisity
So regular exercises help us to keep fit . It can also help our brain health and memory
